My name is Louise Ashton and I am a new PI at The University of Hong Kong.
I use insects as ecological study tools. My research interests include a combination of:

Biodiversity, the roles of insects in ecosystem function and understanding responses to environmental change

Canopy science, new technologies for understanding and conserving forest canopies

Food webs across environmental gradients, understanding potential decoupling of food webs
